About Our Brazilian Daterra Bourbon Collection Coffee Beans

Daterra is the first Brazilian plantation to be certified by the Rainforest Alliance, and is the only Brazilian plantation that has all of the Brazilian coffee bean quality accreditations.

The Daterra coffees have been widely recognised by the Brazilian Specialty Coffee Association Cup of Excellence. The finest of the worlds coffee cuppers (professional coffee tasters) have consistently rated this product very highly, and it is among the very best coffees available from Brazil today.

Our Daterra 'Bourbon Collection' has a remarkably rich aroma, with great body and acidity. The bourbon collection is a combination of beans from both the red and yellow Bourbon trees. The sweat acidity has many qualities normally associated with fine wines, and the finish is both clean and delicate.

What You Will Get

All of our coffee is freshly roasted by us at our traditional family-run coffee roastery in rural Kent. You will receive a bag of coffee that is very much a premium product, where the aromas and flavours will be exceptionally delicious, and remarkably better than what you may be used to from the supermarket

About Brewing This Coffee

This coffee works fantastically well in all brewing equipment, including espresso / cappucino machines, cafetiere pots, paper / metal filter brewers, and turkish brewers.
