For those of our customers who like to ‘roast their own’, we have just launched a new ‘green coffee’ website where customers can buy un-roasted coffee beans and try their hand at creating a master roast of their favourite coffee. http://www.greencoffeeshop.co.uk We plan to add more coffees as well as domestic roasting equipment to the site. There are a few problems at the moment sourcing Ethiopian coffees, and we hope to get our Yirgacheffe back on the site by the end of the month. Our Ethiopian Djimma is coming to an end, so we have swapped it for Ethiopian Harrar. This is because we have managed to source a palette of this fantastic coffee with a high enough quality for our very demanding customers.
