Dear CoffeeBean Shop folks, My boss, Chris, has been using you for several months, and knows that I only drink fresh coffee. When he heard that I'd developed caffeine intolerance, and that I was rather ticked off about this, he gave me one of your 250g bags of Guatemala Swiss Water Decaffeinated beans. Wow! I've just finished this bag, and can't do without that beautiful clean smooth tasting coffee. Your coffee has changed my life so much for the better! I've just put in for my own or...

Dear Liz/Sales Team I just wanted to let you know that I used your company for the first time for the above order. I had no clue what coffee to order and your sales guy was excellent on the telephone and made two recommendations. Hi I’ve just placed another order for your excellent coffee, I’m so pleased Whittards closed or we would never have found you! We had a bag of Honduras SHG coffee in one of your promotions and liked it a lot. Will you be stocking it at all as a regular? And thanks for getting the Ethiopian Yirgacheffe again, a lovely coffee. You will be pleased to know that we are now drinking different coffees, something we rarely did (apart from Christmas when we treated ourselves to Blue Mountain) so...

This coffee has the most delicious and exotic aroma; it's unlike anything I've ever smelled: warm, slightly nutty, with hints of toffee and caramel. The taste is slightly sharper, however. My partner actually found it a little too spicy for her liking, so I mixed it with a bit of Ethiopian Harrar, about two scoops to one, and it was excellent. The Harrar softened the Malabar's crispness and the Malabar neutralized the Harrar's acidity, resulting in an extremely smooth yet complex blend. But it's...

At Coffee Bean Shop Ltd we receive comments and stories about our coffee and how people are using and enjoying it every day. We'd love an opportunity to publish these on our blog, so if you have anything to say about coffee (from a few lines to a complete article-length story) then please tell us about it. In addition, every month we will be giving away some free 4 bag coffee promotions to the most popular published items, so it’s well worth having a go. The sort of thing that might be...
