This coffee has the most delicious and exotic aroma; it's unlike anything I've ever smelled: warm, slightly nutty, with hints of toffee and caramel. The taste is slightly sharper, however. My partner actually found it a little too spicy for her liking, so I mixed it with a bit of Ethiopian Harrar, about two scoops to one, and it was excellent. The Harrar softened the Malabar's crispness and the Malabar neutralized the Harrar's acidity, resulting in an extremely smooth yet complex blend. But it's also just as delicious on its own!
