Customer Contribution – Great Coffee, Great Service

Dear Liz/Sales Team

I just wanted to let you know that I used your company for the first time for the above order.  I had no clue what coffee to order and your sales guy was excellent on the telephone and made two recommendations.  Your customer service was brilliant, bish bash bosh - hey presto, coffee the next day - what can I say?  its nice to know there are still small, quality businesses out there who provide really customer service and are clearly passionate about what they do.

One of the packs I ordered was for a friend's birthday (he was getting a Gaggia espresso machine for his birthday) who is VERY picky about his coffee and likes it very very very strong!!  I was a little anxious therefore about giving him the coffee as he had tried Gaggia's own espresso and said it was rubbish.

Great success!! he loved it!!  I have now added him to your mailing list (Richard B) and I am fairly sure he will re-order from you.

The coffee we ordered from you for ourselves was lovely and I now just reordered your promotional 4 pack.  The freshness of your coffee was unbelievable and the instructions regarding actually how to make a cafetiere coffee made a huge difference, i.e. we always used to stir our coffee and never really "mash" it for more than about 30 seconds.

Glad I stumbled upon you and I shall recommend you to whomever I can.  Keep up the good work.
