In some of the finest coffee houses in America, they are now displaying their “Roasted Date” for the coffee that is being served on the premises. One leading coffee house chain in London has just started doing the same. Not too much to boast about when the roasted date is 4-6 weeks old, but the concept has begun and soon it will no doubt become the industry standard, not sell by or best before, but Roasted When....?
