2 x 250g Myanmar Shwe Ywar Ngan Honey for £16.50

2 x 250g Myanmar Shwe Ywar Ngan Honey for £16.50

Working closely with Ywar Ngan’s Danu Hill Tribe high in Southern Shan State, Shwe Ywar Ngan produces some of Myanmar’s finest Arabica coffee. The area’s fertile red and yellow soil (in addition to its renowned blue lake), coupled with ideal elevation and consistent rainfall help make Ywar Ngan a particularly accommodating environment for growing coffee.

The Danu Hill Tribe are long-time residents of the Ywar Ngan township which is primarily split between the Danu and Pa-o tribes. Hundreds of farmers work on small plots between one and five acres each, tending to the same land that their ancestors did before them.
Cherries are hand-picked and blanketed in sweet mucilage then sun-soaked in the honey processing method. Once dried, the beans are then dry milled on site.

Why not take advantage of this great offer before it goes? You can only buy these two bags for £16.50 until  Friday 18th September or until stocks last, so place an order for some today to avoid missing out!

This was an easy sell to me based on the description and it hasn't disappointed. I have abandoned espresso in favour of pour overs and a Sage Precision filter. This coffee works beautifully in both. Hoping that it can return soon.Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]By Piers Anderson

Best regards - The Bean Team.
After receiving the latest weekly email from Liz and the Team advising of this coffee, I ordered a couple of bags immediately. The tasting notes were just what i tend to go for. really is a lovely coffee, very easy to dial in with my espresso machine. I went with grind size 5 with a 7 second infusion time on my Sage. I must say i really this coffee as long coffee, the different flavours seem to come over better than as a latte - just my personal preference. Great service and quality coffee as usual. I have been a customer now for a number of years and wouldn't go anywhere else!Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]By James Garibbo
