Aeropress Brewing guide
Remove the cap from the Aeropress, place a paper filter inside the cap and rinse to remove any paper taste when you brew. Meanwhile insert the plunger into the chamber so it sits just under the top of the 4.
Invert the Aeropress so the open end to the chamber is uppermost. Depending on how many cups you are making, grind 1 - 4 scoops of coffee (1 per cup)
Cover the coffee with hot water and stir. Take care for spilling when you do this as it’s now top heavy. Leave to sit for 15 - 20 seconds
Re-attach the cap making sure it is firmly fitted, invert the Aeropress onto a pre-warmed mug, press down until you feel resistance.
Continue pressing until all the water has filtered through the coffee. This should take 20-25 seconds.
If you’re making more than 1 cup pour all the coffee into 1 vessel then distribute between the glasses so everyone gets the same taste.
