Columbian Bucaramanga - Review
This is a lovely coffee when made right but can be a little sour if prepared wrong. I generally grind my beans on a cup by cup basis, and use only Vittel Mineral water for my brew. The Columbian beans produce a lovely smooth shot when done this way but I did on one occasion have to use tap water straight from the tap, and this resulted in quite a sour overbearing result that I haven't previously noticed with other beans.
That aside, these beans give a lovely smooth, tasteful brew. I'll definitely buy again.By Marc Butterworth
