Ethiopian Sidamo Swiss Water Decaffeinated

A little too earthy for my palate and if under/over tamped, it can come across a little bitter in an espresso. But when properly made it has a lovely crema and a depth of flavour that I'm sure many will enjoy. However, when paired with milk or cream it really comes into its own and gives a lovely tasting cup of coffee.
