One of the first blends at Coffee Bean Shop alongside our Mocha Guatemalan. I first created this in my home roastery all those years ago by blending Brazilian Santos with aged Old Brown Java.
This woody, earthy coffee is a good stepping point between milder coffees on to the stronger ones. The flavour profile still offers the smoothness of the Brazilian Santos with a bit more of a punch due its medium strength.
Best to drink as espresso to keep its strength, so is perfect for a stove top Moka Pot or made using an AeroPress.
This popular arabica blend combines the classic full body and acidity of a well roasted Santos, with the rustic spiciness of our aged Old Brown Java. A very lovely espresso for just about all espresso drinkers, which also works really well in cappuccinos and lattes.
What You Will receive
All of our coffee is freshly roasted by us at our traditional family run coffee roastery in rural Kent. You will receive a bag of coffee that is very much a premium product, where the aromas and flavours will be exceptionally delicious and remarkably better than what you may be used to from the supermarket.

I tried Whittard's Santos and Java Blend first. I was underwhelmed. Then I tried coffeebeanshop's iteration of it, in a cafetière grind. It was better. Then I tried coffeebeanshop's Aero Press grind. It is magnificent! From a very fussy coffee nerd.Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]By John Nixon

A lovely full bodied flavor but also very smooth. This blend makes a perfect everyday coffee. Works extremely well as an Americano topped off with a splash of milk. Highly recommended.Rating: [5 of 5 Stars!]By Paul Dale
